On November 5, the IRS held a hearing on proposed regulations that have the potential to harm tax credit scholarship programs in the states. CAPE’s Executive Director testified against the proposed regulations, as did representatives of CAPE member organizations Agudath Israel of America and the Association of Christian Schools International.
